Pitch direction workshop
Our flagship facilitated session brings your leadership, sales, and marketing stakeholders into a single room — physical or virtual — to define the primary messaging vector for an upcoming campaign, product launch, or funding round. We begin with a stakeholder discovery segment, mapping the tensions your pitch must resolve and the proof points available to support each narrative bearing. Through structured exercises, we generate two to three candidate pitch axes and pressure-test each against your target segments, competitive landscape, and regulatory constraints where applicable.
By end of day, you leave with a direction brief outlining the recommended pitch contour, headline hierarchy, objection-handling lanes, and tone guidance. This workshop does not include slide design, video production, or media buying — those remain with your in-house team or production partners. Travel within Singapore is included; regional travel is quoted separately.
Not included: Graphic design, copywriting of final assets, paid media placement, or guaranteed funding outcomes.
Messaging vector mapping
For brands serving multiple audience segments, a single pitch axis is rarely sufficient. Our messaging vector mapping engagement analyses each segment — enterprise buyers, SME owners, end consumers, channel partners — and assigns distinct narrative bearings while maintaining brand coherence. We produce a vector map document showing how core proof points flex across segments, which story pivots apply at each funnel stage, and where messaging lanes converge or diverge.
This service includes stakeholder interviews, competitive narrative review, and a half-day alignment workshop. Deliverables comprise the vector map, segment-specific direction slates, and a summary presentation for your board or leadership team. Ideal for B2B SaaS companies expanding into new verticals or consumer brands launching sub-brands in Singapore and the region.
Not included: CRM setup, marketing automation, SEO audits, or social media management.
Sales narrative audit
If your team already has pitch materials but conversion conversations stall, our sales narrative audit examines existing decks, one-pagers, email sequences, and recorded sales calls (with consent) to identify misalignment between your stated messaging vector and what prospects actually hear. We score each asset against clarity, proof density, objection coverage, and narrative consistency — then recommend specific bearing adjustments.
The audit deliverable includes a redline report, revised pitch lane recommendations, and a prioritised action list your team can implement immediately or hand to PitchVector for a follow-on workshop. We work with sales enablement leads and marketing directors who need an objective outside perspective without engaging a full creative agency overhaul.
Not included: Call recording infrastructure, CRM integration, or commission-based sales consulting.
Campaign pitch deck storyline
When you need a complete pitch deck direction — not just axis selection — this engagement produces a full storyline architecture for investor presentations, partnership pitches, or major campaign launches. We define slide-by-slide narrative flow, recommended visual direction (without producing the slides), speaker notes structure, and appendix organisation. Two rehearsal sessions are included to refine delivery before your team enters production.
Our strategists collaborate with your finance, product, and legal stakeholders to ensure claims are supportable and compliant. The output is a storyline document your designers can execute in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. Particularly suited to Series A–C startups and established SMEs preparing for strategic partnerships.
Not included: Slide design, financial modelling, legal review, or investor introductions.
Pitch retainer
Ongoing brands with frequent pitch needs — quarterly board updates, rolling product launches, or active fundraising — benefit from a monthly pitch retainer. Each month includes one axis review session, up to two direction brief updates, and priority email support from your assigned narrative strategist. Retainer clients also receive a quarterly narrative health check covering all active pitch materials.
The retainer model keeps your messaging bearing current as market conditions shift, without re-scoping individual projects each time. We assign a dedicated consultant who learns your brand voice, competitive context, and internal approval workflows. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice after the initial three-month term.
Not included: Unlimited workshop days, media buying, or creative production hours.
Executive pitch coaching
Founders, C-suite executives, and senior sales leaders preparing for high-stakes presentations receive focused one-on-one coaching from PitchVector narrative strategists. Sessions cover delivery mechanics, narrative pacing, objection handling under pressure, and alignment between spoken pitch and slide storyline. This is executive communication coaching within a marketing and sales context — not life coaching, public speaking therapy, or media training for broadcast appearances.
Each session includes a pre-call review of your materials, a recorded rehearsal (with your consent, stored per PDPA requirements), and a written feedback summary with three priority improvements. Packages of four sessions are available at S$5,800. Coaching is conducted at our Clarke Quay studio or via secure video conference.
Not included: Ghostwriting of speeches, teleprompter scripts, or guaranteed investment outcomes.
