1. Agreement to terms
By accessing pitchvector.pro or engaging PitchVector Pte. Ltd. for marketing agency services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. These Terms apply in addition to any signed statement of work or engagement letter governing specific projects.
2. About PitchVector
PitchVector Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore private limited company registered with ACRA under UEN 202518392M. We provide professional marketing agency services including pitch direction workshops, messaging vector mapping, sales narrative audits, campaign pitch deck storylines, pitch retainers, and executive pitch coaching. Our registered address is 6 Eu Tong Sen Street, #09-01, Singapore 059817.
3. Brand and terminology clarification
The term “vector” as used by PitchVector refers exclusively to a strategic messaging direction axis in marketing and sales narrative planning — a bearing along which brand communication should travel. PitchVector does not sell, license, distribute, or support vector graphics software, SVG editors, illustration applications, stock icon libraries, or AI vector embedding database products. Nothing in these Terms or on our website shall be interpreted to create an relationship between PitchVector and any graphic design software vendor. Clients seeking design tool subscriptions or digital illustration services must engage appropriate providers separately.
4. Website use
You may use pitchvector.pro for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to our servers, systems, or data.
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code through our contact forms.
- Scrape, copy, or republish website content without written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting enquiries.
- Use our website to promote illegal activities, fake engagement services, MLM schemes, or unlicensed financial products.
We reserve the right to block access and report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
5. Service engagements
Specific consulting engagements are governed by written proposals and statements of work that define scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and cancellation terms. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement document, the engagement document prevails for that project. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless negotiated otherwise.
6. Marketing outcomes disclaimer
PitchVector provides strategic marketing consulting services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes including but not limited to revenue increases, conversion rate improvements, funding success, follower growth, viral reach, media coverage, or return on investment. Marketing outcomes depend on industry conditions, budget allocation, creative execution quality, competitive dynamics, sales team performance, product-market fit, and factors outside our control. Case studies and testimonials on our website describe qualitative observations and are anonymised; they do not constitute promises of future performance. Clients acknowledge that consulting deliverables provide strategic direction and documentation — implementation and results remain the client’s responsibility.
7. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant stakeholders, existing materials, and accurate business information necessary for us to perform services. Delays caused by client unavailability may affect timelines without liability to PitchVector. Clients are responsible for verifying that claims, statistics, and regulatory statements in final pitch materials comply with applicable laws before external distribution. PitchVector provides narrative strategy, not legal or financial verification.
8. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables (direction briefs, vector maps, storyline documents) for internal and external business purposes related to the engaged project. PitchVector retains ownership of underlying methodologies, frameworks, and templates developed independently of client-specific content. Pre-existing PitchVector materials incorporated into deliverables remain our intellectual property licensed to the client for the agreed purpose. Client-provided materials remain client property. Neither party may use the other’s trademarks without written consent.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during engagements. PitchVector will not disclose client business information to third parties except as required to deliver services (with appropriate safeguards), as required by law, or with client consent. We may reference anonymised engagement descriptions in marketing materials unless the client opts out in writing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, PitchVector Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PitchVector Pte. Ltd. from claims arising from your misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or provision of inaccurate information that leads to third-party claims against us.
12. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms are specified in individual engagement documents. Generally, deposits for scheduled workshops are non-refundable within 14 days of the session date. Retainer agreements require 30 days written notice after the initial minimum term. Refunds for unused retainer hours are at PitchVector’s discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Personal data
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. By submitting data through our website, you consent to processing as described therein.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory arbitration clauses in specific engagement agreements.
15. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on pitchvector.pro with a new effective date. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated directly where practicable. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
17. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, government actions, telecommunications failures, or civil unrest. Affected parties shall notify the other promptly and use reasonable efforts to resume performance. If force majeure continues beyond sixty days, either party may terminate the affected engagement upon written notice, with fees due for work completed prior to the event.
18. Assignment
Clients may not assign engagement rights without PitchVector’s prior written consent. PitchVector may assign engagements to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganisation, provided the successor assumes all obligations under the engagement agreement and this Privacy Policy continues to apply.
19. Survival
Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination of any engagement or cessation of website use.
